Candace moved to Boulder in 1975 and finds it the most special place to live. She has also lived in other vibrant communities such as New York City, Santa Fe and Aspen, but says there is nothing like Boulder. "We are so blessed to live in this very beautiful environment, with little crime and traffic, and so many fabulous people with incredible consciousness," says Candace.

"My entire adult life has been associated with building, design, interiors, and real estate investments. I have participated in many development projects and currently own a fairly large portfolio of income properties. My expertise with financing and contracting will benefit my clients who are looking to either expand their investments or just settle into the perfect home of their choice."
